Governor Doug Ducey Declares January 2019 Manufactured Housing Month

The honorable Governor Douglas Ducey has declared January 2019 manufactured housing month in Arizona.   This honor was bestowed on our industry because we developed solutions to affordable housing, that are now equated with site built structures.

The new modular and manufactured homes are energy efficient, and offer "green" building options.  When you look at a modular or manufactured home, and you compare to a traditional site built home they are indiscernible.
