Container Conversions Require AZ Dept Of Housing Approvals

At Modular Solutions, Ltd we are a full service factory with many solutions for providing space for our clients.   We offer traditional modular construction, concrete slab floor modular buildings, slab on grade modular construction, MPANELS panelized construction , steel buildings, tilt-up concrete panels, and also converted container construction.

While converted containers is not one of the less expensive or the quickest ways to build, many  of our clients prefer to use greener methods of building an utilize upcycle materials.

At Modular Solutions because we are a certified factory we are able to utilize converted containers for multi-family housing, equipment enclosures, upgraded climate controlled storage, offices, medical quarantine space, and so much more!

Unfortunately some clients come to us AFTER they have discovered that in Arizona, the department of housing has jurisdiction over all types of prefabricated construction.  The state of AZ requires converted containers to be reconstructed through a certified manufacturer holding a M9A manufacturing license

If you have converted a container as a DIY, or bought from an out of state or out of country containers "sales" company chances are your converted container does not meet the current codes and construction requirements for commercial or IRC residential construction.

We have been in business since 1996, and have always empowered clients with our experience and knowledge about the modular process, and jurisdictional requirements.  Our professional preconstruction team will walk you through the requirements step by step.

We are here to help call us any time!
