Worship centers require large open spaces and great sound quality.  But all too often the budget determines what a church can afford and what they will be able to worship in.

 Some of our clients have been able to utilize buildings from Modular Solutions, Ltd recycle program.  The recycle program allows older modular buildings that have been on lease to come back to our factory and get reconstructed and rebuilt for a "new life"

By utilizing reconstructed buildings it is good for the environment because a building was saved from going to the stock pile or land fill, and it is good for the client because there is a substantial cost savings available.

New construction is always an option at Modular Solutions, Ltd but sometimes the budget can go a littler further with this option.

many of our clients will choose steel building for the high ceilings and the somewhat flexible design solution.   Other clients will choose MPANELS which are manufactured in the plant, offer high ceiling options, and a concrete slab floor.  

What ever space goals a church has we try to educate the committee and let them know that there are building options, and affordable ideas that will make sense for long term and short terms space planning goals.

Mobile Offices For Special Events

Planning an outdoor event?

Modular Buildings are used throughout the USA for sporting events,art galleries, political fund raising events. Large special events need television coverage space, logistical planning, stars and event space, ID and Police/security badges. All of these spaces can be accommodated easily with mobile offices. The alternative is a "tent" that can be blown away in bad weather or that is too time consuming to put up & take down for short term events.

Mobile offices can be delivered and installed usually in a day including stairs, and can be generator powered with holding tanks for fresh and waste water if you want flushing toilets.

How much does a used modular building cost?

How much does a used modular building cost? The value will vary, depending on what type of lease or financial arrangement the prior client had. In general you should look at the overall condition and base your offer on that. Most used modular buildings are $10 - $50PSF. The main question you want to ask when looking for a used modular building is does it have proper certification to be used in my location. Most state agencies require tags and approvals of a modular building. If a building has lost that documentation, or never went through the process a local jurisdiction can decline approval for use.
